Dr. James David Lalu PhD, NPOM, Executive Secretary of the National Commission For Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), led a crucial meeting with the Global Risk Modeling and Alliance and the National Council on Climate Change. The focus: raising global climate change awareness and fostering inclusive disaster risk management.
