Here is an update on Arrest of Niger Delta Militant/Kidnapper  Planing to BOMB 3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos and Recovery of 2AK 47 Rifles, 2 cattons of Explosives and Detonators.

On 2/11/16 after Several weeks of Meticulous follow up on Credible Technical Intelligence Generated by TIU and NSA on the Activities of Some Notorious Militants in Lagos/Ogun area Gathering explosives to blow up the 3rd main Land bridge Lagos. IRT Operatives eventually arrested One of the Key members of the Group who Specialise in Explosives Abiodun Amos aka SENTI  43yrs Native of Ese Odo LGA Ondo State.

Subject was arrested at the Bank of Majidun River in Ikorodu area of Lagos with 2 AK47 Rifles hidden in a Bag he brought from their hideout in the Creek. Subject has also mentioned other gang members. Analysis of the GSM number of the arrested Suspect revealed his closed Associate in Ikorodu area of Lagos. IRT teams were deployed to ikorodu on 26/12/16 to apprehend the Suspect, On sighting IRT Operatives the Suspect jump out of his Car and escaped to the Bush.

On Searching the Toyota Camry Car 2 Cattons of Gelatine Dynamite Explosives and Hundreds of Detonators were Recovered in the boot of the Car. Serious efforts to arrest the Remaining gang members in Progress.
