P. Diddy has continued with his streak of goodness as he just gave out $1 million on stage during the Washington leg of the Bad Boy Reunion Tour.

The rap guru made the donation to Howard University- a historically black college, while performing at the Verizon centre on September 23. Taking a break during his performance, he made the announcement and gave out the cheque which is specifically to help students who cannot pay off their financial aids.

“A million dollars to anybody that can’t pay for financial aid,” the I’ll Be Missing You crooner said amidst a thunderous roar from the crowd!

The father of 6 also took to Instagram to share the news and captioned a picture of himself on stage presenting the cheque:

“Howard University is my family!! One of the biggest blessings is to be able to support those who supported me!! TONIGHT is a very special night on this tour!! I donated 1 million dollars to my alma mater Howard University!!

This is another in a long list of P.Diddy’s investment in education. The 49-year-old business mogul who himself dropped out of Howard University after 2 years of studying there, recently built a Charter School in Harlem- the neighbourhood where he grew up.

He launched the Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School back in August to the praise and admiration of many, when he shared the news on Instagram.

Today I was truly blessed to open up my first charter school.

It’s in Harlem and it’s called Capital Prep. Thank you to everyone for making this possible. #dreamsdocometrue,” P.Diddy wrote on Instagram on the first day of school.

P. Diddy is one celebrity that does his bit beyond the celebrity hype.
