Reports coming through indicates that Sgt Sanusi Lanre of IRT who was Shot during gun duel with the Kidnappers of the 4 British Nationals in Delta State died  today at 12noon.  SayNaija.Com confirmed surgery was conducted earlier yesterday to remove some bullets from his stomach and take care of the internal bleeding and damages caused. We confirmed Sgt Sanusi passed away today from sources in the IRT this afternoon. It will be recalled that earlier in the week the IRT led by ACP Abba Kyari rescued three of the British Nationals kidnapped while one of the victim named Ian Squire was killed by the kidnappers. All the kidnappers were neutralised while their co conspirators have been arrested. Sgt Sanusi died while serving selflessly having been involved in several rescue missions. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
