UnFazed, a Song by Lil Uzi Vert & The Weeknd

Lil Uzi Vert would be collaborating with one of the biggest artists in the world, but here we are. The Weeknd has all but dominated the “rnb” scene, though I’d be hard pressed to describe Abel’s magic as “rnb.” In reality, his haunting blend of ominous production and wistful romance have managed to pioneer a subgenre, which in turn influenced an entire generation of young artists. There are certainly elements of said production on “UnFazed,” with reverse delay swells and a melancholic piano arpeggio, but the track’s vibe is more hedonistic than reflective.
