XXXTentacion Drafted a Will Just Months Prior to His Death

XXXTentacion reportedly drafted which he signed at the end of 2017, barely seven months before he got shot in Florida outside a motorcycle dealership.

The Blast obtained court records that show the rapper’s mother filed the probate case for his estate earlier this week on June 25, and the filing includes an 11-page will that was executed on November 17, 2017. She has also requested to be the administrator of his estate.

It is unclear at this month what the will says, however a section is said to be devoted to beneficiaries of his estate. The Blast adds that when the rapper died, he left behind a pregnant girlfriend, but no one knows at this point if the unborn child is named in the will.

This news comes hours after thousands of his fans and family and friends gathered at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida, for a final open-casket public memorial for the artist. Plus, the official video of his hit song, SAD!, which peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart, was released yesterday and it gathered over 23 million views in less than 13 hours.
