AANI President Congratulates His Highness, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara On NUJ Media Award Presentation
The President, Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI), Ambassador Emmanuel Obi Okafor, mni, joyfully conveys his heartfelt congratulations to His Highness, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara, mni, Kanwan Katsina III, the Kanwan Katsina III, District Head of Ketare, Kankara Local Government Area, Katsina State, SEC 35, 2013, and Vice Chairman of Study Group One of his SEC, on the formal presentation of the prestigious “Media Supporter of the Year” award by the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) on Saturday, 28th June 2025, at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre, Abuja.
The award, presented by the Deputy Governor of Bauchi State, His Excellency Right Honourable Auwal Mohammed Jatau, on behalf of Governor Senator Bala Mohammed, is a fitting recognition of His Highness’ enduring support for press freedom and the media profession in Nigeria.
