Manchester United get double injury boost ahead of Watford clash
Manchester United have been handed a double injury boost ahead of the meeting with Watford after both Eric Bailly and Luke Shaw were deemed fit enough to travel.
Shaw suffered a minor hamstring problem during the 2-1 defeat to Manchester City and was rested for the midweek trip to Feyenoord.
Bailly was involved in a heavy collision during the 1-0 defeat in Holland, although the Ivory Coast centre-back did manage to complete 90 minutes.
But both Bailly and Shaw were with the squad as they travelled to Watford on Saturday afternoon and are in contention to start at Vicarage Road.
Wayne Rooney, Antonio Valencia and Daley Blind also missed the defeat to Feyenoord but all three are set to return. Memphis Depay, Marcos Rojo, Morgan Schneiderlin and Michael Carrick have also travelled.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Phil Jones were absent from the group. Mkhitaryan suffered a recurrence of a thigh injury against City while Jones has been ruled out for a month with a knee injury.
Jesse Lingard is also a doubt after he was substituted at half-time during the defeat to City and did not travel to Holland with the rest of the squad on Wednesday.
