Sylvester Stallone Denies Forcing Teenager Into Having Threesome

Sylvester Stallone has vehemently denied claims that he forced a teenage girl into a creepy Las Vegas hotel in July 1986 for a threesome sex with his bodyguard, Michael de Luca. The actor was 40 years old at that time.

According to NY Daily News, the Rocky star has dismissed the accusation as “ridiculous” and “categorically false.”

The unidentified accuser, who was 16 at the time, was said to have filed a report after the alleged horrifying experience. She claimed he intimidated her to have sex with both of them, and then threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone of her experience.

The Las Vegas police report alleged that Stallone forced the teenager into a sexual rendezvous in his 27th-floor suite on July 26. In the suite, the girl was uncomfortable but succumbed to their will because she had no choice. The bodyguard forced her to give him oral sex before he penetrated her, and she also was forced to perform oral sex on Stallone. At first, after the experience, she decided not to report to the police because she feared retribution, but she later proceeded to tell her story.

“She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter but due to the fact that (de Luca) became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do,” the report said.

The police officers tried unsuccessfully to get her to press charges against the actor and his bodyguard, but she didn’t.

“I’m kind of scared and I’m very ashamed,” she told cops, according to the report. “I don’t want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don’t want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.”

The girl later signed a ‘no prosecution’ order and the cops dropped the case.

Now, Stallone and his team are vehemently denying the report.

In a statement to NY Daily News, the actor’s spokesperson said the story was not true.

“No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone,” said Michelle Bega. “At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

Meanwhile, the bodyguard is already dead. He was shot to death in a September 2013 showdown with police in California.
