Toke Makinwa Reveals Secret Project, Shares First Photo
Toke Makinwa has finally revealed the project behind the gripping video she shared on her birthday. She has written a book- On Becoming.
The media girl who can now add author to her resume has written a book she says was conceived from the pain she went through last year after her marriage fell apart.
She took to Instagram to share the first picture of her book and tell the story of how the book came to be.
“At the beginning of last year (2015) when the lord told me I was going to write a book I was confused. Is it God’s voice, is it mine???? How will this work? I never planned to write a book, what I’m I supposed to write,” she wrote.
The OAP noted that in June 2015 after her world fell apart (her marriage crumbled), God reminded her of their earlier conversation after sending a number of people to her and at that point she knew that it all happened for a reason.
