Tyrese Drags Ex-Wife As He Wins Joint Custody Of Daughter

TMZ reports that the actor has just won 50/50 joint custody of his daughter Shayla with ex-wife, Norma Gibson. This comes days after Norma requested a restraining order but the judge denied that.

Recall that Norma accused the actor of beating their daughter over claims that the 11-year-old stole money from his piggy bank. Tyrese denied the claims but he was however, temporarily restrained from seeing the child. In that period, the actor broke down on social media. He claimed he had gone broke and would later revealed that he’s been struggling with his mental health.

Well, Norma took advantage of that revelation because she got her lawyer to request for Tyrese’s mental evaluation and also demanded for a permanent restraining order on him.

Well, the actor has now won in court and will, from January, have shared visitation rights with his ex wife. But until then, the adults will figure out how to arrange visitation schedule so that the child can be with her father.

Shortly after the news of his winning surfaced, he took to his Instagram to drag his ex-wife, and that was not surprising at all.
